## Description

Govan Systems is looking for a Web Application / Website Modernization Project Manager to lead a state agency's website and web application modernization in Jackson, MS. The role is remote, with 10-12 onsite days per month in Jackson, MS., * Plan and run the website/web app modernization end to end, including UI redesign

 * Manage the implementation vendor, timelines and deliverables
 * Drive ADA Title II / WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance
 * Set up web governance and change management
