## About the Role

Virtuo Group Corporation is seeking a motivated and experienced Microsoft Intune Specialist to support enterprise endpoint management, device deployments, and migration initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune, managing Windows devices, troubleshooting enrollment and configuration issues, and supporting endpoint security policies.

This position requires a detail-oriented technical professional who can work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project management teams., * 2-4 years of experience in IT systems administration, desktop engineering, or endpoint management.

 * 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration.
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Windows Autopilot.
 * Experience with Windows 10/11 device management, configuration, and troubleshooting.
 * Understanding of device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment.
 * Familiarity with endpoint security technologies, including Microsoft Defender and BitLocker.
 * Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills.
 * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
 * Excellent communication and documentation skills.
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment., * Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).
 * Experience supporting enterprise environments with 500+ endpoints.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).
 * Experience participating in device migration or modernization projects.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Entra Conditional Access policies.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API.
 * Experience supporting government or regulated environments.
 * Basic understanding of NIST cybersecurity standards and endpoint security best practices.

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to pass a criminal background check, obtain and maintain federally mandated security clearances where required.
