Strong candidates will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace tagging and ownership models, Dynatrace Workflows and automation, and integrating alerts with ITSM tools (we are moving to Fresh service).

 * 10+ years in Infrastructure Monitoring and Observability.

 * 7+ years of hands-on Dynatrace administration experience.

 * Dynatrace SaaS Administration

 * Dynatrace OneAgent Deployment & Management

 * Dynatrace Tagging & Management Zones

 * Dynatrace Workflows & Automation

 * Dynatrace APIs

 * Alert Configuration & Event Management

 * ITSM Integration (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira)

 * CMDB and Asset Management Integration

 * Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)

 * Kubernetes / OpenShift Monitoring

 * Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Bash

 * REST APIs and JSON

 * Proven experience implementing tagging governance and ownership-based monitoring.

 * Experience integrating monitoring tools with ITSM platforms.

 * Strong stakeholder management and enterprise support experience
