You'll actively engage with distributed design and engineering teams across Retail, Wholesale, and Business Banking, driving alignment, energy, and consistency across ING's global ecosystem. Your work will directly contribute to delivering a frictionless and high-quality digital banking experience. We are looking for an outgoing, collaborative designer who thrives in dynamic environments, someone who brings energy into teams, confidently shares ideas, and actively builds strong partnerships across disciplines.
