## About the Role

* 5+ years of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) consulting experience, including hands-on implementation.
 * Mandatory Construction/EPC or Infrastructure domain experience.
 * Strong expertise in Routing & Scheduling, Capacity Management, Dispatch Console, Mobility Configuration, Resource Management, and Work Order Management.
 * Experience in field workforce management, dispatch optimization, crew scheduling, and mobile field operations.
 * Hands-on experience with end-to-end OFS implementations (at least 1-2 projects).
 * Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP integration; OIC and REST/SOAP APIs preferred.
 * Strong understanding of work order lifecycle, field operations, and resource planning
