## About the Role

* 3+ years of hands-on IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience
 * Experience working directly with end users in an onsite support environment
 * Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
 * Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and common business applications
 * Excellent customer service and communication skills
 * Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently
 * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between local sites as needed

Preferred Experience

 * Healthcare IT environment experience
 * Multi-site support experience
 * Networking or connectivity troubleshooting experience
 * Device deployment and inventory management experience

## Description

* Provide onsite technical support for clinic and office staff across multiple locations
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues
 * Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
 * Support workstations, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
 * Assist end users with system access, application support, and technology-related questions
 * Coordinate with internal IT teams to resolve escalated issues
 * Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and technical procedures
 * Help maintain equipment inventory and perform device deployments
 * Support day-to-day clinic operations by ensuring technology remains functional and reliable
