## About the Role

The role focuses on IBM z/OS mainframe systems programming, software installation and maintenance using SMP/E, mainframe storage infrastructure, and technologies such as DB2, USS, Zowe, and z/OSMF.
Key Requirements:

 * 5+ years of experience in IBM z/OS mainframe systems programming.
 * Experience with USS, Zowe, and z/OSMF.
 * Mainframe storage infrastructure experience.
 * Hands-on experience installing, customizing, and deploying mainframe server software using SMP/E.
 * Working knowledge of DB2, DFSMS, HSM, CICS, Endevor, and related mainframe technologies.
 * Scripting/programming experience with REXX, COBOL, SAS, ISPF, CLIST, and JCL.
 * IBM Specialist (System z) certification.
 * Strong communication skills; retail industry experience would be an added advantage.
