You'll contribute to architecture and technical decisions, ship production code, improve testing and delivery practices, and work with business partners to translate their needs into practical solutions. This is an individual-contributor role. Technical leadership means mentoring, thoughtful code reviews, and leading by example-not managing direct reports.
