## About the Role

* 10 years of experience as a Solution Architect
 * 1 year of experience with AI code conversion
 * Experience all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
 * Experience with data migration from on-premises environments to the cloud
 * Experience with hybrid multi target architecture and operating models
 * AWS certification
 * Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Ability to interface effectively with customers
 * United States Top Secret Clearance

Nice to have skills:

 * Security+ certification.
 * Experience with ICA preferred

## Description

The Application Administrator will support the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of a distributed enterprise application platform hosted in a cloud environment. Responsibilities include:

 * Monitor application health, system performance, alerts, and logs to ensure operational availability.
 * Administer user accounts, permissions, security roles, and access requests.
 * Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues and coordinate resolutions with development and engineering teams.
 * Support software deployments, patching, maintenance activities, and system upgrades.
 * Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and audit/compliance records.
