## About the Role

* Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
 * 3-4 years of experience in a desktop support, help desk, or IT technician role
 * Demonstrated experience supporting end-users in a Windows environment with Active Directory
 * Experience with hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting across desktops, laptops, and peripherals

Desired:

 * Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
 * CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft certification (e.g., MD-102 Endpoint Administrator)
 * Familiarity with IT ticketing/helpdesk systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Zendesk)
 * Basic knowledge of SQL
 * Experience with enterprise software deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, Altiris)

## Description

* Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across the corporate network infrastructure
 * Support end-users across office and manufacturing environments
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
 * Maintain systems and peripherals
 * Manage user accounts
 * Ensure IT policies and security standards are consistently followed
 * Install and configure hardware across desktops, laptops, and peripherals
 * Troubleshoot operating systems and OS modifications
 * Install and configure non-standard and legacy applications
 * Assist with resolution of advanced issues
 * Coordinate projects of moderate size and organizational span
