Collaborates with others in system development and design, including database, report, and interface design. Assists in the development of test plans and coordination or execution of testing activities and helps triage issues, anomalies, and opportunities to improve solutions. Demonstrates the ability to analyze workflows, identify root causes of operational challenges, redesign processes to improve straight-through processing, and leverage automation solutions to reduce manual effort and rework. Works toward area and individual objectives and receives general direction.
