## About the Role

Support Power Delivery technology and process transformations through change management, training, documentation, readiness, deployment, and user adoption. We are seeking a change management professional with experience in organizational change management (OCM), Salesforce, and AI-powered tools., * Experience in change management, organizational change management (OCM), and training delivery.

 * Strong Salesforce administration, implementation, testing, and training experience.
 * Hands-on experience with generative AI, AI assistants/agents, Microsoft Copilot, and prompt design.
 * Expertise in process mapping, change impact assessments, and workflow validation.
 * Experience designing training materials, job aids, communications, and facilitating training sessions.
 * Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and change adoption measurement skills.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint for knowledge management.
 * Experience supporting Agile or project-based delivery environments.

Skillset:

Education:

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Additional Qualifications

## Description

* Conduct change impact, stakeholder, audience, and organizational readiness assessments.
 * Validate current-state and future-state processes, workflows, and business requirements.
 * Develop and deliver role-based training, including instructor-led sessions, simulations, eLearning, job aids, videos, and procedure manuals.
 * Support Salesforce configuration, testing, implementation, training, and end-user support.
 * Develop, test, and improve AI assistants and agents using prompt engineering and knowledge grounding techniques.
 * Manage knowledge content using SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
 * Support user acceptance testing (UAT), pilot programs, deployment, hypercare, and ongoing adoption.
 * Track training effectiveness, readiness, and user adoption metrics.
 * Collaborate with Product Owners, subject matter experts (SMEs), IT teams, and field stakeholders.
 * Independently manage deliverables and priorities across multiple workstreams.
