## About the Role

* Strong experience in Java development (Java 8/11/17 or above).
 * Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and related Java frameworks.
 * Experience in designing and developing REST APIs and microservices.
 * Proficiency in Python programming for automation, integration, or backend development.
 * Exposure to the Spec Driven Development .
 * Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
 * Experience with source control tools such as Git.
 * Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) tools and platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or similar solutions.
 * Experience leveraging AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot to improve developer productivity.
 * Exposure to cloud-based AI services on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

Nice to Have:

 * Hands-on experience integrating GenAI capabilities into Java and Python-based applications.
 * Experience building AI-powered APIs, assistants, copilots, or agentic workflows.
 * Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI Agents, and enterprise AI solution architectures
