## About the Role

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building production-ready AI agents, automating business workflows, and integrating AI solutions with existing business applications.

We are specifically seeking a builder with real-world implementation experience, not someone whose experience is limited to using AI tools or creating basic demonstrations., * 3+ years of software engineering, automation engineering, or related technical development experience.

 * Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-powered solutions.
 * Experience building AI agents, including voice, SMS, or conversational agents.
 * Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
 * Experience integrating REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party business applications.
 * Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Microsoft Power Automate.
 * Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and AI APIs.
 * Understanding of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and error handling.
 * Ability to translate business requirements into working technical solutions.
 * Experience testing, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting production applications., * Experience with OpenAI APIs, Azure AI, Anthropic, or similar AI platforms.
 * Experience with voice AI platforms such as Vapi, Retell AI, or ElevenLabs.
 * Experience with Twilio or other voice and SMS communication APIs.
 * Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent development frameworks.
 * Experience with CRM integrations, including HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel.
 * Knowledge of cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
 * Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and data integrations.

## Description

* Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows.
 * Build AI-powered voice agents, SMS agents, chatbots, and customer service automation solutions.
 * Develop automation solutions for lead qualification, appointment scheduling, customer communications, and business operations.
 * Integrate AI solutions with CRM platforms, scheduling applications, databases, and third-party APIs.
 * Evaluate client workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
 * Develop scalable, reliable, and secure AI solutions.
 * Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize deployed solutions.
 * Collaborate with sales and business development teams during technical discovery and solution demonstrations.
 * Document technical architecture, integrations, deployment processes, and ongoing support requirements.
 * Monitor and improve AI solution performance, accuracy, and reliability.
