 * 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and customizing Oracle PeopleSoft CRM applications.
 * Strong expertise in PeopleCode, SQL, and object-oriented programming.
 * Proven experience with SQL performance tuning and optimization.
 * Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI development.
 * Strong working knowledge of:

 * Application Engine
 * Integration Broker
 * PS Query

Extensive experience using Application Designer.

Experience developing Component Interfaces and SOAP-based Web Services.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft CRM Application Developer/Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise CRM solutions. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in PeopleSoft CRM technologies and a proven ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications aligned with business and architectural requirements., * Lead the design, development, and enhancement of PeopleSoft CRM applications.

 * Develop scalable, reusable, and high-quality code that adheres to architectural standards.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support testing activities.
 * Participate in technical design discussions and ensure alignment with approved system and database architectures.
 * Follow established coding standards, development best practices, and governance processes.
 * Build and enhance solutions supporting case management systems, websites, and enterprise applications.
 * Optimize SQL queries and application performance.
 * Design and maintain integrations using Component Interface, Integration Broker, and SOAP-based Web Services.
 * Provide production support, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, enhancements, and data maintenance.
 * Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.
 * Support monitoring and observability integrations, including tools such as Splunk where applicable.
