## About the Role

· Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.

· Experience with at least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Procurement implementation.

· Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement business operations.

· Prior experience supporting public-sector clients, such as state or local government agencies, municipalities, public universities, or other government entities.

· Experience with functional configuration, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, and deployment.

· Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work remotely and travel onsite for key project milestones.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement implementations.

· Knowledge of integrations with Oracle Fusion Financials, Accounts Payable, Inventory, and related modules.

· Experience with FBDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, REST APIs, or other Oracle integration/reporting tools.

· Experience with government procurement processes, public purchasing policies, compliance requirements, and approval workflows.

· Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement certification is a plus.

## Description

The Client is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Consultant/Lead to support implementation and transformation initiatives for a public-sector client. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud, experience delivering end-to-end implementations, and a proven track record working with government agencies or public-sector organizations.

The role will primarily be remote, with occasional onsite travel required for key project milestones, workshops, testing, deployment, and stakeholder meetings.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead or support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement implementations, enhancements, and rollout initiatives.

· Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud solutions.

· Configure and support Oracle Procurement modules, including:

· Self-Service Procurement

· Purchasing

· Supplier Qualification Management

· Supplier Portal

· Sourcing

· Procurement Contracts

· Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes, supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, and contract management.

· Collaborate with Finance, Accounts Payable, Inventory, and other functional teams to support integrations and end-to-end business processes.

· Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and implementation documentation.

· Lead or participate in SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live support.

· Work closely with client stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to resolve issues and ensure successful delivery.

· Participate in onsite workshops and other project milestone activities as required.
