 * Direct customer service experience for end-user support.
 * 5 years' experience using scripting languages to automate routine processes.

## Description

Looking for a driven, independent thinker, with excellent customer service skills to join our Data Center Services team to help manage our fleet of end user compute devices; virtual, physical, and mobile, with a concentration on InTune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, and automation for virtual and physical desktops.

 * Design, document, and implement Microsoft Intune features, including device enrollment, policy configuration, and application deployment.
 * Implement security polices and operating system configurations via Intune.
 * Document and manage system baselines and compliance polices.
 * Package and deploy applications in a hybrid MCM and Intune environment.
 * Oversee and validate vulnerability remediation.
 * Oversee and validate application baseline adherence.
 * Collaborate with support teams to communicate changes.
 * Support and maintain Windows operating system and associated applications.
 * Support and maintain Microsoft Office 365.
 * Assist with management of virtual desktops in a VMware/Horizon based environment.
 * Support and maintain applications in an 'Instant Clone' based environment.
 * Assist with management of laptops.
 * Assist with communication to employees relative to major operational changes.
 * Manage and attest to end user compute inventory.
 * Perform other duties as assigned.
