 * Strong understanding of Agile values and frameworks.
 * Experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile work management systems.
 * Experience tracking and reporting Agile delivery metrics.
 * Ability to investigate issues before escalation.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * CSM Certification., * PMP Certification preferred.
 * Experience in large enterprise or government environments.
 * Familiarity with Agile maturity efforts or transformations.

## Description

* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively and consistently.
 * Maintain backlogs, work items, and dashboards in Azure DevOps or similar systems.
 * Create and refine Azure DevOps cards and supporting documentation.
 * Track and report delivery metrics including velocity, burndown, risks, blockers, and project status.
 * Document action items, decisions, and status updates.
 * Perform appropriate investigation before escalating issues.
 * Collaborate regularly with the Development Manager for team alignment.
 * Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and proposing ideas.
 * Ensure accuracy and transparency in reporting.
 * Assist with dependency coordination across teams.
