## Description

* Orchestrates the development of a system of interest (encompassing hardware and/or software) through its entire life cycle, from requirements determination through operations and system retirement, with an emphasis on domain expert involvement, risk/opportunity management, and tailoring of processes to meet the needs of the specific project.
 * Applies basic principles, theories, and concepts; limited industry knowledge.
 * Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity; refers more complex issues to higher levels., * Assist with configuring the Icertis GovCon module, including Contract types, metadata fields, and templates.
 * Form layouts workflows, approval logic, user role assignments, security groups clause libraries, business rules, compliance fields, and validation logic.
 * Participate in requirements-gathering sessions and configuration workshops.
 * Document configuration changes, decisions, and testing steps.
 * Support system testing (UAT), including test script execution and results logging.
 * Help maintain configuration consistency across environments such as DEV, UAT, and PROD.
 * Provide first-level troubleshooting support for configuration issues.
 * Collaborate with functional SMEs, technical leads, and Icertis stakeholders.
 * Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
