## Description

Historically reliant on legacy vendor platforms, the organization is now building modern, in-house technology capabilities from the ground up. This includes cloud migration, data platform modernization, AI enablement, and the development of next-generation investment and business applications. With a recently appointed CTO driving the vision, there is significant executive sponsorship and investment behind the technology roadmap.

What You'll Do

 * Design, build, and scale enterprise data platforms that support critical investment and business workflows
 * Lead the development of modern data pipelines and data products within a cloud-based ecosystem
 * Drive Snowflake architecture, optimization, and best practices across the organization
 * Partner closely with engineering, data, business, and investment stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions
 * Mentor engineers and help establish standards across a growing internal technology organization
 * Contribute to greenfield initiatives involving cloud technologies, data modernization, and AI-driven capabilities
