## About the Role

* Must have an active DoW Secret (or higher) Security Clearance * Must meet DoD 8570 certification requirements (e.g. Sec+) within 60 days of hire * 1+ years of general (full-time) work experience - May be reduced with completion of advanced education * 1+ years of directly related experience in cloud engineering related roles * Must have an understand principals supporting Cloud infrastructure components including compute, network, and storage * Must be familiar with Kubernetes and containerization * Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform * Must have experience in a Linux computing environment * Must have an understanding of compute, networking, storage, and DevSecOps * Be able to obtain/maintain a DoW Top Secret Security Clearance w/ SCI eligibility * Have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field * Have 1, or more, Cloud certifications (e.g, VMware Certified Professional - VCF Architect, AWS Certified
Solutions Architect - Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) * Have experience with continuous delivery tools (VCFA Blueprints, GitLab, ArgoCD, etc.) * Have experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Federal cloud initiatives * Have experience with model-based system engineering models and tools * Have experience working in an agile environment * Have experience administering a Linux environment (e.g. RHEL 9.x) * Have experience writing and executing with automation tools * Have experience with scripting languages (e.g. YAML, Python, Bash)
