## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

## Description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our application development team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions while serving as a technical leader for the development team. The ideal candidate will possess deep Salesforce development expertise, strong integration experience, and the ability to gather requirements, drive architecture decisions, and mentor other developers. This is a senior-level role requiring both hands-on development and technical leadership capabilities., * Design, develop, test, implement, and support custom Salesforce applications and enhancements.

 * Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into scalable technical solutions.
 * Drive architecture and design decisions across Salesforce development initiatives.
