## About the Role

* 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
 * Hands-on experience with both Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
 * Active US Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
 * Bachelor's degree.
 * Relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, CIS-Discovery and CSA, as applicable.
 * Experience with CMDB, Discovery, scripting, integrations and ServiceNow configuration.
 * Strong communication, troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills.
 * Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and ITIL practices.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Consultant to support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of ServiceNow ITAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM) and the wider ServiceNow platform., * Design, configure and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions across HAM and SAM.

 * Support asset lifecycle management, CMDB/CSDM alignment and data quality improvements.
 * Configure workflows, business rules, integrations and custom applications.
 * Work with ServiceNow Discovery and MID Servers to improve infrastructure visibility and asset data accuracy.
 * Develop and maintain scripts using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
 * Utilise Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP integrations.
 * Troubleshoot platform issues and deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders, lead workshops and provide technical guidance, documentation and training.
 * Support full-cycle implementations, testing and ongoing platform enhancements.
