## About the Role

* 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, or technical consulting.
 * Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce implementation and architecture.
 * Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud.
 * Expertise in Apex, Salesforce Flow, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce security.
 * Experience with Prompt Builder, generative AI, and LLM-powered applications.
 * Knowledge of Agentforce topics, instructions, actions, and agent orchestration.
 * Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
 * Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) concepts.
 * Strong understanding of identity management, permissions, data access, and AI guardrails.
 * Excellent communication, solution design, and stakeholder management skills., * Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
 * Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist.
 * Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.
 * Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI and automation solutions.
 * Knowledge of CI/CD, Salesforce DX, Git, and DevOps practices.
