## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftliches Studium (oder gleichwertige Qualifikation)
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Scrum Master in unterschiedlichen Entwicklungsteams.
 * Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten (insbesondere in der Konfliktlösung).
 * Umfassende Kenntnisse in Lean-, Agile- und skalierten Softwareentwicklungspraktiken und -methoden (mit Schwerpunkt auf Scrum und Kanban).
 * Da die Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie die Kommunikation mit Kunden überwiegend auf Deutsch erfolgt, werden gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2 bis C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) vorausgesetzt.

## Description

* Verantwortung über zwei agile Teams, um eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung sicherzustellen (in Scrum und Kanban).
 * Planung, Organisation und Moderation von Meetings, Workshops und Scrum-Zeremonien für die Softwareentwicklungsteams.
 * Entwicklung und Implementierung eines konsistenten Scrum-Frameworks und Metriken über die Teams hinweg, um Best Practices und Synergien sicherzustellen.
 * Identifikation und Lösung von Hindernissen, um Fortschritte zu gewährleisten.
 * Aktive Förderung und Verankerung eines agilen Mindsets in der gesamten Organisation (Inspect & Adapt, Kaizen, etc.)
