## About the Role

* 3+ years experience in technical configuration and management within Azure.
 * 3+ years experience with technical configuration of Microsoft Entra ID or Azure AD beyond basic access management.
 * 3+ years experience in IT networking, specifically with IP addresses, subnets, firewalls, routing, and DNS.
 * You possess practical experience with Azure DevOps and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure).
 * You bring experience in developing automations using PowerShell.
 * You have a solid understanding of ITIL and the execution of technical operational processes.
 * You hold an AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) certification.
 * You're proactive, independent, and a strong team player.
 * You are fluent in English (C1) with a C1 level in Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves

 * Relevant experience in the Belgian energy market.
 * 3+ years experience with Office 365.
 * Knowledge of ServiceNow or TOPdesk.
 * Certifications such as MS-500, AZ-500, SC-100, SC-300, or SC-900.
 * Knowledge of both Dutch and French.

## Description

* Resolve incidents, information requests, and service requests within security, privacy, and IAM environments.
 * Execute technical configurations and manage changes for infrastructure and account management teams.
 * Develop, monitor, and maintain security and privacy policies, standards, and operational procedures.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical support for onboarding and offboarding processes.
 * Support the Infrastructure and DevOps teams in technical maintenance and project realization.
