* You have 5+ years of experience in IAM and related services.
 * You're direct, honest, and open to learning from both successes and setbacks.
 * You take initiative and enjoy managing projects from start to finish.
 * You speak English and Dutch or French fluently.
 * Certifications like CISSP or CISM or experience with tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, or Azure AD are a plus.
 * You understand key IAM concepts like access controls, LDAP, RBAC, authentication, and PKI.
 * You confidently navigate AI topics and can communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, make ethically sound decisions, and adapt to evolving technologies.

## Description

* You'll work with leading IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft, and CyberArk.
 * You'll help clients design and implement sustainable identity and access solutions, processes, and team models to manage evolving risks.
 * You'll assess workflows and documentation through interviews, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
 * You'll support clients in improving IAM practices, run table-top exercises, and help develop remediation plans.
 * You'll plan and manage engagements, ensure quality and compliance with standards, and coordinate with client leadership.
 * You'll review team work, manage expectations, and use KPMG tools to deliver high-quality results.
 * You'll promote teamwork, accountability, and strong project management throughout your engagements.
