## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in Incident Management, Functional Analysis, Application Support, or a similar role.
 * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
 * Solid experience with SQL and data analysis.
 * Experience using ITSM tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar.
 * Good understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
 * Ability to work in a complex enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have

 * Experience within the utilities or energy sector.
 * Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 * ITIL Foundation certification.
 * Experience working with large-scale business-critical applications.

Languages

 * Fluent English.
 * French and/or Dutch

## Description

* Investigate and analyse complex functional and technical incidents.
 * Identify root causes and assess business impacts.
 * Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and external vendors to resolve incidents.
 * Perform data analysis and troubleshooting using SQL.
 * Maintain incident documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.
 * Support Problem Management by identifying recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
 * Produce operational reports and communicate incident status to stakeholders.
 * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across Incident and Problem Management processes.
