We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Technical Architect for financial services programmes. You will own the end-to-end CE and Power Platform solution and act as design authority for the client and the delivery partner., Define the target architecture across D365 Customer Service, Sales and Power Platform, including the Dataverse data and security model. Design integrations with core banking, payments and document systems on Azure (Service Bus, Functions, Logic Apps). Chair design authority and sign off functional and technical designs. Set environment, ALM and release strategy with the programme lead. Guide functional and technical consultants through build, testing and cutover.
