## About the Role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 - Experience with front-end languages (JavaScript or TypeScript).
 - Experience with back-end languages (Python, C++, Java, or Go) and building applied AI/agentic workflows with pre-trained models.
 - Familiarity with Google's code ecosystem and production requirements; prior coding experience within Google.
 - Experience collaborating with teams and business stakeholders on requirements, design, and deployment.
 - Demonstrated success developing agentic solutions.
 - Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
 - Excellent problem-solving skills, including knowledge of algorithmic complexities.
 - Quick adaptability to new technologies and project requirements. (Strong preference)
 - Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and self-motivate. (Strong preference)

## Description

Learn and understand the SP AIT team's workstreams and solutions.

 - Conduct intake sessions with each SP TPgM team to assess needs.
 - Recommend the optimal method (manual, scripted, or agentic) for migrating program structures into Buganizer.
 - Execute the migration process while ensuring data quality and completeness.
 - Establish and maintain repeatable data flows between existing trackers/documents and the Buganizer data lake.

Phase #2 Responsibilities (if applicable):

 - Serve as the deployment, implementation, and support resource for the SP TPgM AIT team.
 - Work as an embedded builder bridging agentic products/solutions and production-grade implementation within Search SP programs.
 - Collaborate with TPgMs to move from high-level architecture to hands-on coding, debugging, and shipping of custom agentic solutions.
 - Enhance efficiency and productivity for cross-functional program stakeholders through tailored solutions.
