## About the Role

* A degree in a related subject, or equivalent experience.
 * At least 8 years experience in IT performance, service management, data, or IT operations, including managing suppliers or contract teams.
 * Strong stakeholder engagement, workload planning, and communication skills, including with senior stakeholders.
 * Skills in data governance, setting measures, data quality, and reporting, with some knowledge of IT service data.
 * Desirable: experience with Power BI and Databricks, ITIL, and working in a large, regulated global company.
 * Entitlement to work in the UK is essential.
 * The role may be subject to a satisfactory basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

## Description

* Plan and manage how IT performance data and reports are used across the business.
 * Manage Global Service Management data, ensuring it is accurate, secure, and cost-effective.
 * Lead contract engineers who build data and reports, and review their work.
 * Establish a clear process for requesting reports, with fair prioritization and regular updates.
 * Work with IT service teams to agree on metrics and drive continuous improvement.
