## Description

In Ihrem neuen Job als IT Servicetechniker 2nd Level Support (m/w/d) - Sie:

 - betreuen Anwender persönlich im Service Point sowie im Mobility Shop
 - reparieren Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets, Smartphones und mobile Handscanner im Rahmen der Gerätegarantie
 - leisten remote und vor Ort den 2nd Level Support
 - bauen bei Umzügen die IT Komponenten ab und auf
