* Minimum 10 years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience.
 * Self-driven professional
 * Strong expertise in:
 + SuccessFactors Employee Central.
 + SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder).
 + Employee and organizational replication.
 + Integration troubleshooting and monitoring.
 + Data mapping and transformation.
 + Foundation object and HR master data structures.
 + Must have strong proven experience in data replication of complex HR scenarios

 * Experience working with:
 + EC Payroll.
 + SAP HCM.
 + SAP S/4HANA.
 + CPI integrations preferable
 * Ability to analyze replication failures and resolve data synchronization issues.
 * Experience supporting global payroll and HR transformation initiatives.
