We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Backend Developer to lead backend development initiatives and design scalable, high-performance applications. You will leverage your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Apache Kafka to build robust backend solutions, drive technical excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical applications., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

 * Lead backend development initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement effective technical solutions.
 * Develop and maintain REST APIs and implement multithreaded applications to support performance and scalability.
 * Design, optimize, and integrate SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data management.
 * Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and support cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
 * Implement containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
 * Troubleshoot complex technical and performance issues and implement solutions to improve system reliability and efficiency.
 * Follow Agile development practices and contribute to code quality, technical design, and continuous improvement.
