* 8 years of experience delivering large-scale technology programmes.
 * 5 years of experience managing cash management, complex financial services, banking, fintech, or payments initiatives.
 * Experience leading enterprise integration, platform modernisation, or acquisition integration programmes.
 * Experience with cash management, digital assets and stablecoin
 * Demonstrated success managing cross-functional delivery teams.

Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of:

 * API-based integrations
 * Cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred)
 * Microservices and distributed systems
 * Core banking or financial platforms
 * Payment processing and money movement
 * Data integration and reconciliation processes
 * Security and regulatory requirements in financial services, * PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications.
 * Prior experience with:
 + Banking products
 + Deposits and treasury management
 + Payment networks
 + Digital assets
 + Financial institution integrations
 * M&A integration programme experience
 * Experience working with modern banking cores.
