## About the Role

* MS in data science, statistics or similar quantitative field, and 4+ years practical experience on the job
 * PhD in data science, statistics or similar quantitative field, and 2+ years practical experience on the job
 * Hands on expertise in data extraction, cleaning, and preparation; feature extraction; model training and evaluation
 * Proven experience building analytics that deliver useful insights from large datasets
 * Proven track record of delivering production machine learning tools that solve business problems

The Skills You Bring

 * Excellent programming skills in Python and Pandas.
 * Familiarity with Sagemaker and PyCharm is a plus.
 * Excellent experience in standard machine learning approaches, statistics, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques
 * Strong communication skills, you are able to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive problem definitions and meet business requirements
 * Bonus points for building production ML model containers at scale (Docker, SageMaker, Flask, Aerospike)
 * Bonus points for dashboarding capabilities (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker)
