## About the Role

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of fundamental networking technologies, network security, software-defined networking (SDN), infrastructure as code (IaC), and extensive experience with at least one cloud service provider (CSP)., * 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, security, and architecture

 * Infrastructure software development and automation skills using Python
 * Proven experience with virtual networking and security constructs in AWS and/or Azure
 * Cisco CCNA/CCNP/CCSE certifications preferred
 * Network security experience and certifications are a plus
 * Expertise in cloud networking and security constructs (DMZ)
 * In-depth knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud technologies
 * Strong knowledge of IP routing, firewalls, load balancers, proxies, and DNS
 * Experience with cloud PaaS service integration
 * Experience with ITSM practices (Change, Incident, Problem Management)
 * Strong advocate and practitioner of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
 * Experience with Python, Ansible, and SDN programming
 * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills

## Description

We are looking for a hands-on Cloud Network and On-prem Engineer. The position will be part of the Enterprise Network Triage and Troubleshooting Team (NTT), which is responsible for triaging and troubleshooting high-severity issues impacting internal systems and external customers.
