## About the Role

* 10 years of relevant experience in software/data engineering.
 * Strong experience as a Full Stack Python/PySpark Developer.
 * Proven experience as a Data Engineer with hands-on experience in Azure Cloud.
 * Experience implementing solutions using:
 + Azure Cloud Services
 + Azure Data Factory
 + Azure Data Lake Gen2
 + Azure Databases
 + Azure Data Fabric
 + API Gateway Management
 + Azure Functions
 + Azure Databricks
 * Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks.
 * Strong SQL skills with RDBMS or NoSQL databases.
 * Experience developing APIs using FastAPI or similar Python frameworks.
 * Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle, including Git, Jenkins, and related tools.
 * Experience with CI/CD processes.
 * Good understanding of ETL/ELT processes.
 * Strong understanding of data engineering and software development practices.
 * Ability to develop scalable and reliable data solutions using Python and PySpark.

Preferred Industry Experience:

 * Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
 * Knowledge of financial instruments is a plus.
 * Experience with different asset classes is a plus.
 * Experience working with market data is a plus.

## Description

* These roles will be part of the Data Strategy team supporting Capital Markets and Securities teams and related broker-dealer and swap-dealer entities.
 * Actively participate in the development of the data platform in close coordination with internal technology and data teams.
 * Contribute to the establishment of a reference data system for securities and pricing data, with plans to expand into additional data domains.
 * Follow internal development standards and contribute to the overall objectives of the Data Strategy team.
 * Implement the strategic data platform on the organization's Azure Cloud Platform using the required solutions and technologies outlined below.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable data solutions.
