## About the Role

* 5+ years of professional mobile engineering experience
 * Deep Flutter and Dart experience in production applications
 * Strong native iOS experience with Swift and iOS SDKs
 * Working knowledge of Android SDK, Kotlin, Gradle, and Android release processes
 * Experience designing GitHub Actions and Fastlane pipelines
 * Experience with mobile code signing, provisioning profiles, and store deployments
 * Strong knowledge of unit, widget, bloc, integration, and end-to-end testing
 * Solid understanding of WebSocket implementation for real-time communication, connection management, and error handling
 * Strong knowledge of push notification services, including FCM and APNS
 * Experience with Sentry, Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics, or similar tools
 * Familiarity with dependency management, SDK upgrades, security updates, and compliance requirements
 * Strong understanding of mobile architecture, state management, persistence, networking, and offline synchronization
 * Strong knowledge of production troubleshooting and root-cause analysis using logs, metrics, traces, and crash reports
 * Excellent communication, documentation, mentoring, and remote collaboration skills.

## Description

* Mobile Architecture: Design and evolve scalable Flutter/Dart applications with native iOS and Android integrations.
 * CI/CD and Releases: Build and maintain GitHub Actions and Fastlane workflows for testing, signing, and App Store and Google Play deployments.
 * Test Infrastructure: Define and improve unit, widget, integration, native UI, and end-to-end testing strategies.
 * Mobile Operations: Own dependency updates, SDK upgrades, release health, crash monitoring, alerting, and incident follow-up.
 * Performance and Reliability: Diagnose memory issues, UI jank, network latency, crashes, and background execution problems.
 * Cross-Functional Delivery: Partner with Product, Design, Backend, Platform, Security, and Support teams to deliver reliable customer experiences.
 * Platform Compliance: Lead annual iOS and Android SDK target version upgrades, manage OS deprecations, and maintain store policy compliance.
