## About the Role

* Experience building custom applications with SAP UI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
 * Proficiency with Business Application Studio (Client).
 * Experience working in an S/4 HANA environment.
 * Strong understanding of modularized ABAP code.
 * Demonstrated ability to work independently and possess strong communication skills.
 * Good understanding of object-oriented programming, MVC, and data modeling concepts.
 * Experience with Gateway Services, OData, and CDS views.
 * Experience with Fiori Elements.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience working with Git for version control.
 * Familiarity with new S/4HANA coding syntax and best practices.
 * Experience extending and integrating new solutions with pre-existing custom solutions.

## Description

We are seeking a UI5 Developer for a contract role based in San Antonio, Texas. This position requires working on-site for a minimum of five days per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building custom applications within an S/4 HANA environment. This role requires the ability to work independently, taking high-level functional designs to create robust solutions., * Build custom UI5 applications with a focus on JavaScript, not Fiori development.

 * Work within an S/4 HANA environment to develop and deploy solutions.
 * Collaborate with technical and functional teams to design and analyze solutions.
 * Develop modularized ABAP code and handle full lifecycle custom development, including enhancements.
 * Resolve system defects identified during the testing phase.
 * Adhere to development standards and follow the change management process for application deployment.
 * Work independently to deliver on project priorities.
