## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder vergleichbare BWL-Ausbildung/IT-Berufserfahrung
 * Gefestigte, tiefgründige Expertise mit Microsoft Dynamics NAV und Business Central
 * Vorerfahrung und breit aufgestellte Erfahrung in der ERP-Projektumsetzung und -leitung im Mittelstand (bzw. Consulting), gerne auch mit entsprechenden Weiterbildungen und agilen Methoden
 * Keine Entwicklungskenntnisse in NAV notwendig, alle Programmierungen werden extern erledigt
 * Starke Kommunikationskompetenz, Präsentationssicherheit, Erfahrung in der Userberatung und Spaß an Erklärungen
 * Wortgewandtheit in Deutsch zur schriftlichen und mündlichen Kommunikation mit den Anwendern und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch (IT-Fachbegriffe)
 * Eine analytische und erfolgsorientierte Vorgehensweise
 * Serviceorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise als Teamplayer

## Description

* Projektverantwortung, -controlling und -management: Implementierung, Rollout und Update des Warenwirtschaftssystems MS Dynamics NAV auf 365 Business Central sowie zukünftigen sich ergebenden Projekten
 * Administration, Benutzerverwaltung, Konfiguration, Wartung, Optimierung und Nachbetreuung des ERP-Systems
 * Auswertung und Spezifizierung der Anforderungen sowie Design und Konzeptionierung von Solutions
 * Analyse, Gestaltung, Überwachung, Optimierung und Steuerung der Geschäftsprozesse
 * Dokumentationserstellung für die Anforderungen
 * Erste Kontaktperson für den Support der aktiven BC-User (rund 120-130), Management, internen Fachabteilungen und des externen Softwareanbieters für NAV bezogene Themengebiete
 * Realisierung von praxisnahen Userschulungen
 * Gute Zusammenarbeit mit dem Applikationslieferanten für die stetige Sicherstellung des reibungslosen ERP-Betriebs und die Weitergabe der notwendigen Anpassungen
