 * Production experience with Temporal/Cadence is an ideal requirement.

 * Architectural Experience: Proven experience in heavy data optimization, high-throughput pipelines, and large-scale data ingestion ecosystems.

 * Database Experience: Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL and experience utilizing graph database architectures like Neo4j.
\n

 * Deployment Mastery: Demonstrated hands-on experience deploying containerized applications into production via Kubernetes clusters.

 * Environment Fit: Previous success in a fast-paced tech startup ecosystem; candidates must show professional tenure stability (2+ years per role preferred) without chronic annual job-hopping.
