## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
 * 0-2 years of UX/UI or product design experience
 * Portfolio demonstrating design process and visual design skills
 * Understanding of UX principles and design thinking, * Proficiency with Figma
 * Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping
 * Basic understanding of user research methods
 * Strong visual design fundamentals
 * Ability to receive and apply feedback
 * Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

 * Internship or freelance experience
 * Experience designing responsive websites
 * Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
 * Familiarity with design systems
 * Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

## Description

The Early Career UX/UI Designer supports the creation of user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile products. This role focuses on learning UX methodologies, creating design assets, and collaborating with senior designers and developers., * Create wireframes, mockups, and user flows

 * Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
 * Support user research and usability testing efforts
 * Assist with maintaining and expanding design systems
 * Translate requirements into intuitive user interfaces
 * Collaborate with product managers and developers
 * Participate in design reviews and team critiques
 * Ensure designs align with brand and accessibility standards
