## About the Role

Technical Support, Technical Support, Problem Solving Skills, Identify Issues, 4G (4th Generation) Wireless, Root Cause Analysis, Customer Experience, Corrective Action, System Validation, Performance Metrics, * Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques in Telecom domain and Mobile (4G/5G/LTE) Core networks.

 * Experience in Case Handling, including Emergency Support activities.
 * Experience in Conducting root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to enhance customer experience.
 * Extensive knowledge and expertise in the Messaging domain including of Nokia Messaging products including SMSC/MMSC, BMC, Presence Server.
 * Competences and Expertise in LTE/5G system validation (end-to-end performance, KPI handling.
 * Deep knowledge and understanding of protocols like CIMD, SMPP, MM7 including knowledge of HTTP, TLS, IPSEC.
 * Solid experience with Protocol Analyzer Tools (Wireshark) and internal message flow protocols.
 * Knowledge and experience with Linux. Strong scripting skills and ability to automate manual tasks which could be easily converted to a script using shell, python.
 * Knowledge of Kubernetes, VMWare, OpenStack, Kubernetes, CBIS, CBAM, and NCS.
