This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. Role Overview and Core Responsibilities * Design, develop, and support large-scale Java-based enterprise applications and global platforms. * Lead the architecture and implementation of cloud-native, microservices-based solutions using modern engineering practices. * Build high-volume, low-latency applications capable of meeting stringent availability and performance objectives. * Design and develop REST APIs, event-driven services, and distributed systems that support global business operations. * Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and drive engineering best practices across the team. * Implement CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing, and software quality practices throughout the development lifecycle. * Ensure platform reliability through monitoring, observability, incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. * Apply security best practices, secure coding standards, and data protection controls for highly regulated and sensitive data environments. * Utilize AI-assisted development tools and integrate AI-powered capabilities where appropriate to improve engineering productivity and solutions.
