This is a senior role., * You have several years of experience building and running production infrastructure, and you've been the person others come to when it breaks * You know CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure well, and you code comfortably in at least one language * You've worked on developer tooling or platform engineering, or you've been the person in a product team who ended up owning the pipelines because you cared * You learn more from watching someone struggle with your tool than from a ticket describing it * You consider a tool finished when people use it, not when it ships, which means convincing them, not just building it * You already work with AI: coding assistants, agents, automation. You know what it speeds up and what it quietly breaks * You want to shape how a whole company uses it, not just your own workflow * Professional English is required ## Description You'll own internal products used by every engineer in the company. Concretely: * Build and run the CI/CD platform. GitHub Actions, self-hosted runners, elastic capacity that scales with demand without burning the budget. * Write the code. Integration components around GitHub, Jira, monitoring, code analysis. We build, we don't just configure. * Make security invisible. Supply chain, secrets, scanning, quality gates, all in the default path, so nobody has to think about them. * Shape how we use AI. Agentic workflows are in production here. We test, validate and iterate fast in a space that changes every month. What works gets turned into practice for everyone. * Work directly with the tribes. You'll know the teams you build for, hear where they lose time, and let that shape what you build next. * Measure everything. We measure delivery across the whole company, so you can tell whether your work actually made teams faster. * Practise what we recommend. TDD, automated tests, continuous deployment, observability. On our own products first. Technical environment * Cloud & IaC: AWS, Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes * CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Dagger, SonarQube, Artifactory * AI tooling: GitHub agentic workflows, AI coding assistants * Developer portal: Backstage * Security: Wiz, DefectDojo, Xray, Curation * Languages: Python, Rust, Go * Runtime: Docker, Lambda, Fargate, Container Apps, Serverless * Observability: Datadog * Practices: everything-as-code, TDD, trunk-based development, continuous deployment, DORA
