## Description

The DevOps Engineer is responsible for providing Tier I/II support for the integrated watchfloor capability within a 24×7/365 operational environment. You'll operate as single point of contact (SPOC) between the service provider and operational users, capturing, logging, categorizing, and prioritizing all incidents via a standardized ticketing system; Tier I/II personnel will cover the watch floor if not elsewhere. Perform initial diagnosis using established knowledge bases and incident models. Attempt first-contact resolution for standard issues (password resets, account access, basic navigation, known errors). Escalate unresolved incidents to Tier II support via functional escalation procedures. Maintain incident status communication with users throughout the resolution lifecycle. Document all troubleshooting steps and resolution actions to populate and expand the knowledge base. Provide 24/7/365 coverage via rotating 12 hour shifts (0500 and 1700 daily), aligning with 2 week rotation
schedules.

Clearance
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
