## Description

Seeking an experienced UI Lead / Front-End Technical Lead to lead front-end development, design scalable UI architectures, build reusable components, and deliver high-performance, responsive, and accessible web applications.
Key Responsibilities

 * Lead UI development and define front-end architecture and best practices.
 * Develop reusable components using React.js or Angular, TypeScript, and Next.js.
 * Integrate REST APIs and optimize application performance.
 * Implement state management using Redux or NgRx.
 * Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and WCAG accessibility.
 * Conduct code reviews and implement unit testing.
 * Collaborate with design, backend, and DevOps teams on CI/CD and cloud deployments.
 * Support micro-frontends, design systems, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
