 * UX design experience, with a focus on B2C products.
 * Self-motivated and able to work with little daily guidance.
 * Comfortable working cross-functionally to drive impact across the organization.

## Description

* Collaborate with Product Managers and Key Stakeholders to understand project goals, target audience, and user requirements.
 * Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
 * Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate interaction and design concepts.
 * Develop user flows, information architecture, and navigation maps to guide the user experience.
 * Design visually appealing user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
 * Iterate designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis to continuously improve the user experience.
 * Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts and provide guidance throughout the development process.
 * Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative design solutions.
 * Advocate for user-centered design principles and educate stakeholders on the importance of UX/UI design in achieving business goals.
 * Excellent collaborative and brainstorming skills.
 * Ability to deliver high quality work on tight schedules.
