## About the Role

* 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
 * Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
 * Experience building REST APIs and microservices.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with asynchronous programming using AsyncIO or Celery.
 * Knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka.

 * Design and optimize database schemas and queries.
 * Implement unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
 * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
